Here is a brief description of how to do this trick but I should warn you that I do not advise you to try it. If a part of your spaghetti gets stuck in your throat or airway you could end up with a nasty infection or damage to your voice box. Cooking your spaghetti is a delicate stage of the process because if it is over cooked it may not stand the strain of being pulled through your nose but if it’s al dente it might damage the tender skin in your nasal passage. Once the spaghetti is cooked, let it cool down to room temperature. Now the process of pulling spaghetti through the nose begins. Take a strand of spaghetti between your forefinger and thumb and dangle it into your mouth so it slides to the back of your throat. Keep your tongue up so it is holding the noodle. Now press the spaghetti up against your palate. Cover one of your nostrils with a finger and take a big breath. As you blow the air out through your uncovered nostril let go of your spaghetti with your tongue.
